INTRODUCTION

It’s a day of joy for the entire family of Late Mr. Kalu Uche as one of the son’s was getting married, let me share a few gists on this occasion as I saw it.

Welcome to my Blog, how was your day I hope it went successful in happiness, mine was. My day started at about 7am because I am on vacation, I have not been waking up so early. It's been sleeping and eating, greeting and visiting friends

I first said my first prayers and shortly after, I joined my family for a morning worship where we shared some Bible verses together and thereafter the prayers was said and everyone started with their different chores. After taking my bathe I dressed up for the occasion.

MY FIRST OUT-DOOR DUTY

The first outing was on a project site where we are building our dream home, we just went to see the site to know the developments over there. From there we also visited my uncle who has just moved in to his own house although he has not completed the house but its still under construction.

We also visited my Father’s sister now old in her late 80’s. She is still good and fully recognized me as she heard my voice after several years of not seeing each other, we had a nice time together as memories were just flashing out, she was just remembering several things that happened in the past. We were very happy together seeing her as the only surviving relative of my father’s family in that lineage. From there we headed to the Marriage ceremony.

When we arrived the venue it was the time for the couple to dance, their name is Mr. and Mrs Orji. Here are the young couple.

They were very happy dancing and people were spraying money and good wishes to them. Infact they were dancing on top of money with jubilations.

These are a cross section of the people at the ceremony.

Also I took some pictures with some other relatives at the event, they are now advancing in years.

Here in the village you don’t even need to invite people to attend your ceremony. Once they hear about it, the uninvited will first arrive before your own guests that are invited. Its an awesome experience.
