As the name "provision shop" entails,the business is all about all your supplies on food. I always tell my neighbors that whatever provision you did not get from Mrs Victoria's shop,you can't get it around, you'll have to go to the market to get it. She sells practically all provisions. Although she just started selling about a year ago,her business is blooming and her shop beats all other provision shops I can find near my neighbourhood. Her shop is located at No.12 Umunkama road Aba,Abia State right in front of the school on the map below

As mentioned above,she sells many things.Here are some of the things you can find in her provision shop

MILO CHOCOLATE POWDER

This is one of the popular chocolate beverages in Nigeria from a trusted brand Nestlé. This tasty beverage can be enjoyed hold or cold although most people use to for their tea. The price is 3500NGN (27.3 steem.Steem=128NGN). She sells for other sizes too,like the sachet ones for a low price of 70NGN(0.55steem),and also medium sized ones depending on your choice.

Custard Powder

For custard lovers,this is very nutritious meal that can serve for your breakfast or dinner. It comes in different flavors like banana,vanilla and so on. The price is 1500NGN(11.2 steem). It has comes in smaller packs,sachet pack and medium sizes. The one on display is the biggest of them.

VIVA DETERGENT POWDER

This quality washing powder is made by Aspira Nigeria limited,a trusted brand. Viva is my favorite washing option for detergent,it forms lather well with water and has a lasting fragrance on clothes after washing them. I know a lot of people prefer Viva to other detergents too. The price is 1000NGN(7.8 steem) and as usual,you can get for lower prices depending on the size you want

BLUE BAND SPREAD FOR BREAD

Blue Band is one of the most popular brands in Nigeria and their products comes with quality. This margarine is healthy and be used on your bread. The price is 350NGN(2.7 steem). Different sizes are available too from the small to the big ones

CABIN BISCUITS

I don't think there's anyone in Nigeria who doesn't know about this biscuit. YALE is a brand that produces most snacks in Nigeria. This one is sweetened but there is also a plain cabin biscuits,the ones we usually get for our little ones when the cry. The price is 500NGN(3.91 steem).

THREE CROWNS MILK

Another trusted brand and producer of quality products. This is the liquid one,it h noas the powered form in different sizes. This one sells for 300NGN(2.3 steem).

RATING MRS VICTORIA'S SHOP

CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE

First of all as her regular customer, I'd like to say that Mrs Victoria is a very nice and gentle woman. She is not harsh to her customers and I have never seen where she argues or raises her voice at people who come to patronize her. Even though she usually have a lot of customers she doesn't ignore them. Once you come to her shop she asks"What can I get you?". Even if there is a lot of people already waiting she will beg you to wait small, that gesture makes her customers to be more patient with her. Other things I appreciate about her customer service is that she comes out on time. As mentioned,there is school opposite her so,she comes out around 6am to make sure that kids going to school buys their snacks before entering the school gate,because they won't be allowed to come out to buy in the break time. She closes late too by 10pm her house is just beside her shop. She runs a generator at night so that her customers can see what they are buying. Her husband also helps her out early in the morning and in the evenings too. She also listens to customer complains and she accepts sales returns if it has not been tampered with.

FACILITY

Her shop is very big but compared to the goods inside,it seems as if everywhere is occupied. She sweeps the outside every morning,because her shop is located by the side of a busy road,people usually drop dirt sometimes when they pass.I love the way she arranges her shop Everything has it's own place. I see her every weekend as she cleans up the place and gets rid of trash for the week. Goods that did not into shelves are arranged very well on the. She sells her empty cartons so that there will be space for other things.

QUALITY
Most of her goods as seen above are from trusted and quality brands. So she doesn't sell fake goods. If you buy anything and it happens to look tampered with,she won't sell it to you instead she'll get a good one for you. She makes sure her customers get exactly the goods they want how they want it. She has a fridge where she keeps her drinks cool and also where she stores ones that are not added in the fridge for people that don't take cold things.

Her goods are all at affordable prices. She doesn't over charge for her own benefits and sometimes she even sells cheaper than the market,she has done that for me twice. She also give small discounts for her regular customers.
