INTRODUCTION
Hello and good day great and wonderful family of @steemalive community and the entire Steemians, today I'll be writing about how the first edition of our Benue Steemit Conference went on the 17th of December here in makurdi. We held it's ever first conference here in Benue State, Nigeria of which I am a member and coordinated by our coordinator @peterabagi.
it was a great privilege for me to be part of this wonderful experience. I got to even understand more about steemit.
And most especially I was educated on the opportunities that awaits me as I consistently engage in this palrtfom,steemit is the best.
THE CONFERENCE
The conference was scheduled for 9am. The weather was so cold and not friendly at all but like the saying go when you know the purpose of a thing you can't abuse it,so I got up and had my bath and I arrived by 10:30
The program kicked off by 11am. When I got there our coordinator @peterabagi was already there so we got busy by registrating newbies that came for the conference and aided them to do their first post on Steemit which is the achievement 1 task.
By 11am we were gather and organized together and our coordinator @peterabagi did the presentation. He spoke about alot of things. He made sure he explained steemit to a lame man's knowledge.
Trust me this was not just an ordinary conference my coordinator is just the best,thank you for bringing this opportunity our way sir at @peterabagi.

CONCLUSION
We can tell the end of a thing from the beginning and having been part of this first edition of the conference I can say that the sky is the starting point,the whole excitement on the faces of the newbies was so encouraging and their response was WOW
One thing I can say is that this is just the beginning. We won't stop promoting steemit and @steemalive community. This is just the beginning the second edition will be a blast.
