@johanjahb. in general people don't wake up early from sleep as they do in other days. Because they know they are going no where. I agree with what you said about Sit-at-home Mondays.
You eat lots of fruits, it's very healthy though. I love scent leaves, I always put it in all my food except soup. That your potatoes porridge looks yummy. Best wishes
