Good morning friend ; how are you? I am fine by the grace of great GOD. Weather continued to remain cold and raining in between. Night too remained cold as for weather is concerned. But I was able to enjoy sound sleep. I had to get once during night to bring water for myself from kitchen , as I had forgotten to being water at the time of sleep, which I usually do. Usually I feel thirst, when I don't keep water. it may be psychogenic.
Anyways, I got up at 8 am, freshened up, had breakfast and later i got busy with official work and now i am here with you.

Good to know that you are strong and sound in health. You wake up to drink water at night? I don't remember that when am sleeping. See differences in individuals. But as a doctor, what do you advice?
