Greetings to everyone, am happy to be part of this contest. I thank you so much @steemalive for bringing interesting contest each week, contest that makes one purse and think. Contest that also makes one say his/her mind and also come up with great ideas.

In this world today, we all want a better thing. No one wants to suffer and no one is happy with the way things are going in this world especially in this country. That is why we see wealthy and prominent people even the poor strugling to leave the country to overseas where they think things are better and lively. But every country has its own challenges.

Therefore, as i proceed, i will like to focus mainly on poor education, insecurity, unemployment and broken marriages.

Poor education

This is the major problem we are facing today in the world more especially in our country. Excessive strike due to lack of payment to teachers and lecturers has shot down schools both primary, secondary and universities.

According to headline i saw on line few days ago, many lecturers are resigning from their position as lecturer to find other things and do to put food on the table because Asuu strike is what we dont know when it will end.

A lecturer told my younger sis, schooling in Abia state polytechnic what shocked me, he said " the government is owing us more than 22months now, that is 2years plus, therefore, go back to your work but make sure you buy your handouts because that is where we are feeding from, then when it is time for exams, just gather 30,000 and sought your pappers, because school system now is read to know, sought to pass, we will not die of hunger in this country".
My people what a discouragement. Education system in this country has failed.

Unemployment

Unemployment is another severe problem we are facing in this country. A man once said" The race of job hunting is hotter than the race for salvation". Imagine what this man must have suffered that made him come up with such speech.

Because of the rate of unemployment, some people now view graduate as the poorest set of people we have. And while looking at that, it seems to be true because most graduates are at home doing nothing while some are pushing wheel barrow and truck in the market, some are even learning hand work from a non graduate or even working for a non graduate and answering sir/ma to them. Unemployment in the country has led to many crimes, like rubbery and kidnapping and so many other disgusting things.

Insecurity

When we talk of insecurity, no body is safe. The president himself is not 100%safe and 85% of these is because of unemployment. Like i said earlier, unemployment has led to many crimes like rubbery and kidnapping and so many disgusting act.

The securities are not even safe themselves talk more of saving others. The police , army, navy air force are not 100% safe because the militants and other hard hearted criminals are ready to fight them and get what they want. All these is because of unemployment. Therefore the securities are looking for security too.

The rate of insecurity is high to the extent that in some streets here in Aba, you cant walk along holding your phone with your hand, or even your hand bag by your side, because how they will disappear is what you cant tell. It will be like a movie you just watched.

In some places, you cant wear expensive things like golden jewelries or watch because if you do, you will be robbed and those things will be taken away from you or you become their next target of kidnap.

Broken marriages.

Broken marriages has become a subject matter in our country. Some even channel it to celebrities saying that their marriages dont last.
But resent findings has shown that not only celebrities, rather other citizens eben the less privilege ones.

Getting married to a self centered person or selfish person leads to broken marriage. Getting married to a family whereby the parents or siblings are the remote controlling your family also leads to broken marriage because they might remote the couple off the channel they are heading to. A woman dragging headship with the husband probably she makes money more than the hubby or she is the bread winner of the family also leads to broken marriage because women is meant to be submissive. When lies become the foundation of your marriage, makes the marriage crash. And more especially infidelity, infidelity has crushed many homes because no husband /wife will love to marry a cheat or leaf with a cheat.

please marriage mates, be satisfied with your partner.

How i want things to change to make a better world.

• When it comes to poor education, the government should seat up. Let them pay teacher/Lecturers so that education will be smooth as it should.

• provide employment in order to lessen corruption and insecurities by building factories and companies and other facilities that can provide employment.

• Providing for the less privilege eg building hospitals free of charge where the poor can deliver their babies and acquire free medication.

• As for marriage people, fidelity is very important. Couples should let love lead and let God be the third person in their marriage.

Remember, love should not be one sided, both spouse should work towards that.

Conclusion

We all need a better world, but because of Adamic sin which led to imperfection, we should not expect things to be the best now. Therefore lets try our best and hope in Gods kingdom which will bring a better world and " PEACE AT LAST".
