Introduction

Hi friends, how are you all doing? Hope great.

As we all know that food is very important to our health and overall well being because it makes us healthy, good looking and most especially food helps is to be free from some sickness like kwashiokor etc.

As i proceed, i will like to show you some of the food i consumed this week.

No 1:moi-moi

This is one of my favourite and that of my husband as well. Remember what they said "the greatest charm or jars a woman uses to hold the husband is his stomach, that is food". Therefore, knowing that he loves this much and that i love it as well , i always prepare it. I always prepare it once in a week. If at all i stay for more than one week without preparing it, my hubby will say in a romantic voice "babe, when are you preparing my favourite"? Such request touches me much. therefore, i always prepare it for him and mostly i do that without his notice. This meal is very proteinous. I prepared it with #1550 which is equivalent to 15.5 steem . It served as our dinner.

The ingredients includes;
*Beans 5 cups 750 = 7.5 steem
*Fresh tomatoes 200 =2 steem
*Sachet tomatoes 100 = steem
*Onion 100 =1 steem
*Fresh pepper 100 =1 steem
*Groundnut oil (i have it at home)
*Salt (i have it at home)
*1 cube of maggi (i have it at home)
*Fish 300= 3 steem (not full fish rather the middle) it was indeed delicious.

N0 2: Anara soup

This is another of hubby's favourite. You know, i always put his interest ahead of mine thats why i always love cooking what he likes. The green vegetable you see is very nutricious. It is called blood booster. I prepared this meal with #750 because i have many food stuffs at home. The #750 is equivalent to 7.5 steem and it served as our dinner.

The ingredients includes;
*Anara 100=1steem
*Egusi 150 =1.5steem
*Meat 500 =5steem
*Crayfish (at home)
*maggi (at home)
*Pepper (at home)
*Salt (at home)
*Red oil(at home)
*Stock fish (at home)
This food is very delicious. I cook everyday because he likes,fresh food and dislike frozen food. Therefore my fridge is only for fruits and drink.

N0 3; Akara and bread

This meal is normally known as poor man meal because when taken, it can stop you from getting hungry throughout the day bit i love it. It was not prepared by me rather i bought it in our street. This meal cost me #300 which is equivalent to 3steem. This meal consist of ;
Beans
Onions
Fresh pepper and
Salt.

It is true that people that always eat this combination are sometimes regarded as poor but i love it because it still has many health benefit. Both the beans, onions, fresh pepper, and salt has their health benefits in particular. It is very tasty and it served as my lunch. Hope to eat it again next week.

N0 4: Rice and stew

This is another food hubby loves so much. He consumes this food everyday. Mandatory. A day cannot pass without eating rice. He can eat moi moi once in a week but rice is on daily basis. And because of that, we buy rice in bag(1/2 bag)
despite being two of us. I cook rice every morning. I prepared this rice with #1600 which is equivalent to 16steem.

The ingredients are;
*Rice 2cups (at home)
*Tin tomatoes 300 = 3steem
*Onions 100 = 1steem
*Fresh tomatoes 300 = 3steem
*Garlic and ginger 100 = 1steem
*Fresh pepper 100 = 1steem
*Groundnut oil (at home)
*Salt (at home)
*Maggi (at home)
*Fish 700 = 7steem.
The meal is very delicious and i prepared to his taste. Mind you, he dont like fried stew so i cooked. The meal was yummy and it served as our breakfast.

N0 5: vegetable soup

When it comes to vegetable, my hubby loves it but me, i no like am. But because of him, i cook it. It is a very nutricious meal. Indeed is a blood booster. I prepared this meal with the sum of 700 which is the same as 7steem. It served as out dinner.

The ingredients are as follows;
*Ugu 100 = 1steem
*Egusi 100=1steem
*Crayfish (at home)
*pepper (at home)
*salt (at home)
*maggi( at home)
*stockfish ( at home)
*Red oil (at home)
*Meat 500 = 5steem.
It was indeed very delicious.

Conclusion

Food is important to our lives. Therefore lets try and eat no matter how small. Cook well for hubby because he will love you more for it.

Personal, agreed with you, that without healthy good food, you can not live a better healthy life style. And green vegetables is very nutricious in our body system. Keep it up.

You have appetizing meals here.I have been craving for anara soup .No where to be found here.can i get it waybill?

Smiles, majority of the meals there are hubby's favorite so you have no choice than to prepare them, I'm particularly interested in the Anara soup, would love to taste it

Thanks for sharing your publication here. You have given us details of the 5 meals that you enjoyed during the week. They were all nutritious and appetizing.

Among the foods shown here the one I like best is moi moi. I eat it once every week also. I drink pap or garri with it.Great post.

I don't really know how to prepare that moi moi. I thought you will teach the steps on how to do that. Please can you help me with that?? And if being prepared, can it last for how many days?

For the sake of most of those meals of yours mainly , vegetable soups. If at all possible somebody can get you kidnapped from your hubby.

Nonetheless you have quite nutritious meals , believed you did enjoyed yourself ?
