Introduction
Food is part of our daily living. Therefore, without food, we cant leave and enjoy life. So now, i will be sharing with you some of the food i enjoyed this week although i cant remember or capture all my meals, but at least i captured about three out of all. Read below and see.
No 1. Home made lunch
What is there? Porridge yam with vegetable.
Why i love it: porridge yam is one of my favourite meal. I love eating it in the afternoon because it is tasty and is not heavy while eating and also it is easy to prepare. Coming to vegetable, i dont like it much when used to prepare soup but i always prefer it together with yam or any other thing like noodles,rice,etc.
Who prepared it? Remember what i called it earlier on, "home made lunch". Therefore it is prepared by me @donpearl.
No 2: Home made dinner
What is there? Egusi soup with ogbono and bitter leaf
Why i love it: I love it because of the ogbono (African mango )in it. Ogbono has many health benefit and thats why i love adding it to my food, wether am cooking ukazi, onugbu,ugu etc. I love adding ogbono to my soup. It is tasty anf healthful. Some of the health benefit include; protein, vitamin, mineral,fat, even cholesterol control. So because of these reasons, i love eating ogbono. And in bitterleaf aspect, hmm the health benefit plentyooo, so i love this two combination and i always eat it and most times, for dinner.
Who prepared it? As a wife material and chef of the house, na me prepare am as usual.
No 3: Take away dinner from Lee classic fast food
What is there? Fried chicken with fried rice.
Why i love it: Fried rice and chicken na my top most ooo. Apart from my ogbono and bitterleaf soup, na fried rice and chicken ooo. When ot comes to meat, i prefare white meat, chicken precisely, because e good for body. To be sincere, i enjoyed my dinner. Taking a good look at the picture, you will see that am finishing the food together with the chicken
Who prepare it? I bought it at Lee classic fast food at the sum of #2,200 .
Conclusion
Food is good for the body, therefore eat well and eat more of vegetable.
