morning

Greetings everyone, today's event was unique I happen to stop by my wife's office today to drop some documents before I proceed to meet my clients but on arrival I met a lady that was complaining of health challenges affecting her though she has taken some pills but the symptoms lingers. So since she was comfortable explaining her problem in my present I also paid attention to their conversation if I can learn anything reasonable medically either for personal use or even to assist others, after she completed her explanation the nurse (My wife) asked her in detail what the symptoms where like so she mentioned them,

so I suggested that she should go for ciprofloxacin just to test my medical knowledge, but the medical personnel in duty said no that she wants her to be examine of her health problem before drugs administration. To correct the impression I had the nurse explained that what ever our health problem is, it's very important we know the severity of it so as to know the Kind, amount, and the route of drugs administration.

Afternoon

Since I like to learn new things I readjust my schedule with my clients so as to know what to culture in the medical case similar to this, so while I was still observing, the personnel on duty instructed the Man in charge of laboratory to take the following For the culture, a small sample of her blood, stool, urine. The culture is checked under a microscope for the presence of typhoid bacteria. The sick woman was asked to wait until the laboratory test results is out in full or inpart before proceeding on drugs administration.

Lesson I learned in the process is, if I stumble on anyone with medical imbalance I should advice the affected individual to seek for proper attention by the right medical personnel to avoid irregularities in drugs administration that result in Lost of life or severe body damage

evening

Today I have come to know the Commonly prescribed antibiotics for typhoid and other bacteria related health issues include:

Ciprofloxacin (Cipro). doctors often prescribe this for adults who aren't pregnant. Another similar drug called ofloxacin also may be used. But many Salmonella typhi bacteria are no longer susceptible to antibiotics of this types, so
Azithromycin (Zithromax). may be used if a person is unable to take ciprofloxacin or the bacteria are resistant to ciprofloxacin. though
These drugs can cause side effects, and long-term use can lead to the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

conclusion

I love being part of this family because I have opportunity to pass what ever knowledge or Idea I have,

Thanks
