Hello dear friend @desiredladt,you're very correct when you said that cucumber are low in calories and helps is loosing weight.

This means that you can eat plenty of cucumbers without packing on the extra calories that lead to weight gain.

The above statement caught my attention because indeed I consume a lot of cucumber and once do that I tend to wee more often after which my body becomes very light.
