SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY: The Phone Processes

In today's world phone is one of the most important thing in life, it is considered a very useful device for communication. Mobile phone is also used in the business world today. The convenience of using mobile phone goes a long way to bringing people together, making communication easy for people in distant places, the mobile phone is used for advertisement and online publication. Etc.
The world today is widely influenced by the use of mobile phones. We use our phones for different purposes. But what is the process involved in producing this life enhancing device? That is what we are going to discuss today on this community.

The design process is actually the first procedure to get started. In science and technology the first step to start building anything is the Design process. For example: to start building a new house you need to have an architectural design of what you want to build, starting from the foundation to the finishing. The case is similar in almost all science/technology related fields.

Design is defined as the plan drawn to show how a certain device, machine, clothes, building, etc. Will function and the appearance of it.
The design process is very crucial especially to those setting up infant factories in phone production. The process is capable of bringing in customers and also sending customers away. Design starts from the panel (inner part of the phone) to the screen finishing. After the design process has been through, the next process is the business aspect of phone production process. Science and technology has improved man life, it has so far made life easy for mankind but how does this profit the people involved in making this a reality? That question is where the Business Aspect of the phone production process comes in to play a significant role.
The Business Aspect is involved in making the resources needed to materialize the phone production available and continuously available for further production. Not only providing the resources the business aspect is what helps the phone company management to pay their employees and also reserve money for other purposes. In science and technology Business is the forerunner, hence, it is important to employ Business experts for the purpose of staying in existence.
The main factor and reason for the business experts is for the economic management of the whole company. The Business Management comes in different departments, these are:

• Sales management.
• Financial Management.
• Marketing management,
• Production management and
• Human resource management department.

The Business Management department is in charge of sales management and production regulation to avoid excessive amount of production. You may wonder why excessive production would be a problem, yes, in Mobile phone production the design and model is dynamic it can change at anytime. Thus, excessive production would cause inconveniences in selling the products.

Every country has its own business registration body, this body is responsible for the handling of all the firms, industries and companies. It helps keep account of the companies in the country both small, medium and large enterprises in the country.
It is important to register the company in the country's firm owners association. This is to make the company legal, the production of phones like every other businesses also undergo the same Processes to make the company a legal one.

The employment process has to do with the kind of employees employed into the factory and the whole company. The kind of employees needed to run the phone production is supposed to possess a calm nerves and also the production needs precision by the workers. The small components of the phone is the key function of the phone, it is the engine room that gives sense to the phone.
The employees are very disciplined... The reason for this is to avoid misplacement of components of the phone. The employees are expected to be fast, Sharp and smart all combined together because any mistake will render the phone useless and a loss to the company as a whole. The employees will bear in mind that they are going repeat a certain action all through their working days, if a company produce 100 phones daily the employees are expected to repeat the action a hundred times a day.

Mobile phone companies are not supposed to operate without machines. The machines are used to make phone parts, test phones and also power the phones produced. It is these machines that make work fast and convenience for the production team. The machines though costly, the Business Management department are to provide, maintain and manage them to ensure continuous availability of the machines at anytime of production.

When the phone has been completely built to standard the design which was the first step is now the outward beauty and a course of attraction. The phone is tested, and branded. The phone now goes into the last process called launching.
In this process the phone is introduced to the public. And is now distributed to themarketers so that it goes down to the users.

That is how the phone gets to the shops and available for all to buy, while the company makes the income.
Phone production is profitable, it's adds to the country GDP while on the other hand provides employment to thousands of the citizens and beyond.
