INTRODUCTION
Greetings to everyone here in Steemalive. Today I want to share with everyone here the benefits of exercising the body, why we have to exercise the no matter our age.
We do understand what exercise means, it has no difficult description and also one can simply understand what exercise is all about. The definition of exercise might vary in terminology but does remain unaltered in it's meaning. I.e. my own definition may differ in terms but not in meaning.
DEFINITION TO EXERCISE
Exercise can be defined as those movements or activities that an individual engage his or herself for the aim of physical or mental health improvement, which also help the whole body or certain parts of the body (part of the body targeted for improvement) to develop.
From the definition above, one could easily understand the areas in which exercise helps us.

Below are some types of exercise that can help you grow your muscles and joints as well as keeping you healthy

BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH BODY EXERCISES Body Exercise is regarded as the most effective way to keep fit and grow stronger. Some people are not aware of the benefits of exercising the body. Thus, they face the reality of purchasing medicines and running medical checkups most frequently than normal. Exercise is necessary for healthy growth. Therefore, one must obey the call and keep ears open for exercising bells, when it rings. CONCLUSION 1Yea, if you are still young and you wish no to become old and defective, don't fail to exercise the young body. 2And if you are old already don't relent start exercising the old body and see it's response. At least there simple exercises for elderly, such as dance, walk, touch-the-toe and few others.

You have made a good point here @davidalfred. Exercise helps us to reduce the intake if drugs because it builds the whole body. I love Walk in and out exercise so much. I used to do it either in the morning or at night. Am going to do that tonight because it helps me to sleep very well.
