Good evening everyone in the house, my happy to till continue in the on going contest of stay healthy. In life it is said that health is wealth and for these saying to be real, you have a part to play by making sure you observe to do some health tips that you may enjoy your self, remember life is to short to be managed, you better live it to the fullest with good health and happiness of life.
Join me as we look at one aspect of it.
what is water
In a lay man's understanding, water is a colourless odourless, testless liquid, which from the seas, lakes, Rivers and rain and is basis of the fluid of living organisms.
why the body needs water
The value of water can not be over emphasize in human.
We need water digest your food and get rid of waste. Besides being an important part of the fluids in your body , water is needed by each cell to work. During the dry season,we sweat more if we take much of water into our body, which regular our system property.
What is acidic water
This refers to as the water that has a low PH. It's more likely to corroded metal pipes and leach metals out of exposed surfaced. The measurements can range from 0 to 14 .
Why we should avoid acidic water
Acidic water can lead to plenty health issue that can prove fatal or debilitating for children, such as kidney disease, stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, liver disease and lots more if we don't do away with such water.
What is alkaline water
The water we call alkaline, is that water which has naturally pass through rooks, springs and pick up minerals which will inturn increase it's alkaline level. And that is the best water for human.
the sources of water in my community
There are many sources of water such as;
- Rain water
- River
- Bore hole
- Water board
My source of drinking water
My source of drinking water is water board or bore hole
the quantity of water we should take daily.
The quantity of water we take first depends on our weight.
The adequate water intake for men is about 15.5 cups which is 3.7liters while for women it's 11.5 cups 2.7 liters daily.
CONCLUSION
The benefits of drinking alkaline water can not be exhausted since water is part of our make, we can live without taking it.
This contest is really exposing us to some truth about life and health. Stay Healthy, drink good water and keep telling people out steemit, see you at the top.
