The SARS were pursuing bike men and for some minutes it was run for your life but unluckily for one man he was caught and he received a hot slap and there after his bike was seized and he was told not to come to the police station

The enforcement agency abuse their power and the bike men abuse their freedom. The both are at fault. The problem is with his bike and money for bail.
