Greetings ladies and gentlemen. It's about time I start writing my day two not-just-okay contest arrange by our admin @steemalive. I'm happy to engage in this contest; it will stimulate our writing power. For today, I'll to be writing about fitness.

What Is Fitness

Fitness is a state of heaIth of a person and physical well-being. It is characterized by sports exercise and other day-to-day activities.
Fitness helps to keep the body healthy and facilitates longevity.

Importance Of Fitness

  • Fitness gives us more stamina
  • Fitness gives is more energy to do work
  • Fitness helps us stay healthy
  • It help burns excess fat in our body
  • It helps us to Maintain our shape and posture
  • Fitness helps the lungs, thus assists respiration
  • Fitness makes us agile, look smart and active
  • You get more attractive
  • Flexibility
  • Helps in the normal functioning of the body system

These are just the few that Physical Fitness brings.

My Own Fitness

I have never gone to a new house before not have carried a weight lift. I do normal exercise is like push-up, tummy tuck, cobra stretches, jumping jacks, arm scissors and many others.
This is a whole body excercise to keep me fit and healthy.

Although being fit requires you to sacrifice your time, energy and the type of food you previously ate, it has more Advantages than Disadvantages. It also helps you to know your full potential and be more flexible and strong in both athletic activities (sports) and daily activities.

After every section of excercise to keep fit, never forget to take your bath. This helps to wash off the generated heat which had accumulated during the course of the excercise.
You tend to find it more enjoyable when you work to get fit every week – 3 to 4 times weekly.


Note: When you are getting fit, never forget to be hydrated and do not over work yourself

I remember when setting time a person who went to a gym house and all the sections each one after the other and when he got home ate and slept it was very difficult for him to get up from the bed the next day.

Being fit is now very rampart nowadays. No body wants to be very fat. Slim fit and sweet 16 is now trending. If you doubt ask your mom. This is brought about the healthy lifestyle of Fitness.
