TEAM GOAL GETTERS FIRST MEETUP/TRAINING WAS SUCCESSFUL || MANY TURNED UP, INCLUDINGMEMBERS OF KHAD FOOD HOUSE EMPOWERMENT ORGANIZATION|| 10% TO @STEEMALIVE

To achieve our goals and plans this year as a team, we started the year with a meetup/training to encourage ourselves. I was happy to see the crowd who came for the training, more expecially, the khad Food house members who later joined us during the training.

Our team coordinator @ijelady always tell us that she don't train followers but leaders. So to make everyone to be independent on his/her Steemit journey, she asked us our areas of challenges during the Promotion and other things we might need of help. The response from the members made her to discuss on the following topics.

• How to sign up a new account

• The importance of making a good comments

• How we can check our club statues every day and why we should remain in any of the club's

• Importance of delegation and why we should delegate to @steemalive, etc.

Many of us in our team are promoters, so it will be wise for all of us to know how to do sign up so that, one can comfortably sign up a new user where he or she met the person. I was happy that few Person's among us learnt how to be sign up during the training. Apart from that, most of the team members, the new ones precisely doesn't know how to make s quality Comment. So they where encouraged to do so. Because our comments keeps Community active and also give us chances of getting Support.

Delegation and club's status is another thing a good Steemian doesn't need to play with. Because when we help Steemalive or any other Communities to grow their steempower, it's for our own benefits. We recorded 3 sign up and 2 did their Introduction post.

The khad Food house members and their CEO where invited for the training. I was happy to see them even though they were late. So, @ijelady immediately gave them the clue of what was discussed in the training.

After training, we took group picture with khad Food house members.

Our first Meetup which took place on 08-01-2022, was successful. Both new and old members have been encouraged and trained on how to work to achieve success this year.
