My diary on 19-2-2020/ Morning Time
It is a thing of joy to be among the living on the above mentioned date. Waking up from sleep with good health, I give God glory through words of prayers. Later we come together as a family for general prayers. I quickly dressed 👗 up for the morning work out in order to keep fit an healthy. First, I helped to get our kids ready for school. As you can see us above, we are one big, happy family. I dropped the kids in their school and came back to enjoy my exercise.
Why is exercise important to our health?
Yes, we all should embrace this body training because it contributes to our healthy living. When we are constantly in doing exercises, it helps us to control our weight. We born lost of calories during work out.
physical exercise is another way to reduce the risk of heart infection. How? When we are doing exercise, the heart circulates blood fast which raises the oxygen levels of the body.
Another benefits of exercise is, it helps to strengthen our Bones and muscles. To maintain our muscle mass, we should maintain a good habits of body training.
Our life span will be increased if we do exercise regularly. Because, cancer and heart deases are the leading factor of early death. But with exercise, we can control those things.
Afternoon
I was to rest in the afternoon. But a Carpenter, I called to fix something's for me came during the day. I had no options to be awake in other to attend to him. I went to the nearby timber shop to get woods for him as he was trying to fix my kitchen for me. As time goes on, I became tired to the point I had to left him and went inside to rest.
After taking a nap for more than 1 hour, I regain strength and went to wash my dirty clothes. When I checked the time, it was evening already. I had to quit whatever thing am doing in order to attend our Christian meetings by 5:30am
Evening
After our studies by 7:30pm, the next place I entered was... The kitchen because the worms are already disturbing. After cooking affang soup with Eba, I enjoyed my meal. After eating, I had my bath for the second time because heat was much. After concluding everything for the day, I called it a pretty day.
In conclusion, please may we always engaged ourselves on exercise regularly.
