Exercise can also improve sexual performance and sexual pleasure and at the same time increase sexual urge especially for women who have entered menopause, and as for Men who are now experiencing andropause. Exercising for at least 2 and half hour every week for a period of 6 months will improve erectile function in Men.

Seriously,🙄🙄 I don't know of this 🖕. Even our brain works well when we do exercise.. honestly I won't joke with exercise at all. It has a lot of health benefits. Thanks for sharing ma'am.
