To remain active on Steemit, training is very important. Apart from that, the more you are training others you are training ourselve too. The more you give out information to poeple, they more informed you will become. That's why we always gather every time to train our newbies and encourage ourselves to keep on steeming no matter what the situation is.

Due to what is going on in crypto Market, some of us are being discouraged. While the newbies needs to be trained to understand the platform and how it works. So, I and @ijelady started by asking fellow Steemians what is there challenges so that we can help them out. The followings are their challenges.

• How to know their club status
• When will SBD be back?
• How to make their post to be more detailed.

After gathering all this challenges from our fellow Steemians, here is our answers to there questions.

• To Check club Status, we told them to always make use of this to www.steemcryptic.me//club5050 to check there club regularly. Because one might easily be in club today and left the next day due to previous transfer. So, all of them who doesn't know how to check their club practice it and learn it immediately.

Bouncing back of SBD:- We encourage them to keep on making quality post without relenting because price of Steem will surely come back to normal. We assured them that what is happening is globally in crypto Market and, Once Market comes up, SBD will surely return back. Woaooah, everyone was happy.

How to be more detailed on post: This is where we encouraged the newbies to work on. I made them to understand that a post that is not up to 300 words and above can't give recognize as quality post. Unless it was a contest that requires 150 or 200 words. Apart from that,they should make their post to be more detailed.

After general training, I assisted @ogechukwu-martha on how to apply markdowns because,she has been finding difficult to apply them properly. After that, she asked me how she can transfer her Steem to our local currency. I told her that she should learn the platform first. Because, is the more she learn and, apply what she is learning in her post, it will make her to earn enough Steem for herself. Then, she will also learn how to cash out. She was so excited with what I told her and asked me is there are other things she needs to learn.

I now asked her if she knows all her keys and restrictions, she said no. I now told her that was the reason for her to understand the basic things on Steemit. Then she also needs to know rules and regulations of Steemit platform. So, I will be guiding her on her achievement2 task anytime soon.
