What is unhealthy food?
Any food that has no nutritional value or have little of it is unhealthy food. No doubts unhealthy food taste great and yummy when presented, but we need to control the intake of such food's in our body.
4 unhealthy food's we should avoid.
1, Sugar
When I mentioned sugar, it doesn't mean that taking sugar is very bad, but we should take it in a moderate way. For example, sugar contains 100% of energy and zero% of nutrients. Sugar is the source of calories. So, we should avoid taking much things that contains sugar like.
- Sweet
- Candies
- Soft drink's
- Fruit juice
- Biscuits.
The best way to consume sugar is by eating more of fruits and vegetables because they contains natural sugar.
2, Soft drink's
Most of us consumes soft drinks on a daily basis. Including me. But the truth is that is very harmful to our health. Soft drink's contains only sugar and caffeine.
Note:
Caffeine can cause, headache, high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, etc. We can replace soft drinks with, herbal tea, lemon water, or normal water.
3 Refined and processed foods
Refined food's contains little or zero% fiber. It's only made with maida. Lack of fiber intake in our diet can be very disastrous to our body. It might even lead to,
- Constipation
- Colon cancer
- Slow bowel movement
Please take more of veggies and fruits, they provide sufficient fiber's
4, Saturated fat's
Saturated fat's is very deadly. It can lead to obesity, from obesity to high cholesterol. Before you know it, it will lead to cardiovascular problems. And when the heart is sick, the total body is disorganized. The question now is, how can we avoid saturated fat?
Avoid too much of fried foods and fatty meat's, including spicy and oil food's.

Balance diet can be defined as a complete meal that maintains and improves our health generally. A balance diet or a healthy diet supplies the body with protein, vitamins, fiber and energy.
We need balance diet because it contains all the nutrients our body needs to function well.
