Hope we all had a great day.
Am here to share with you how I spent my day on the said date.

INTRODUCTION

My day was a very busy, as it was a Sunday, the D-Day for my niece's is Churching. As there was much work to do.

MORNING

When I woke up from sleep, I did morning devotion with my family.
After some praises, we interceded for ourselves, read the Bible and prayed. I delved into preparing the delicacy for the dedication. Due to the stress of the previous day, I almost did not want to wake up from the sleep, but because of the important occasion, I had to put in my best for my beloved daughter. Since I had prepared done ingredients the previous day I brought them out and prepared the ingredients I did not finish up with the previous day. I made the sauce of the rice, as my Sister parboiled the rice, whije @marlong washed it. I later put the rice on fire after the sauce was well cooked and allowed it to cook.

AFTERNOON

In the afternoon, I prepared the afternoon meal and served the family. We gisted for sometime. After my sister had finished sieving the kunu, I assisted her in that of zobo. We packaged the both drinks and we took them to where it was refrigerated.

EVENING

I fried the fish in the evening, after I had spiced the flour that I used to rub round the fish. To make the frying easy for me, I washed the fish the previous day and allowed it to strain so as to reduce the quantity of water that would have been in the fish. After frying, I allowed it to cool. I also prepared the things needed for the fried rice the next day and packaged them in the freezer to make it easier for me the next day, being that service starts by 8:00am. Our neighbour @marlong assisted in creaming the sugar and butter and mixing the barter for the cake 🍰, which I baked later after I had finished all that I was doing. The cake was very nice. My day was really stressful.

CONCLUSION

All thanks to my awesome community for reading my post.
The day was filled with so many works. But am grateful to God for his help all through 🙏😇❣️. The process if frying the fish was dangerous, because of the popping of oil, as the oil splashed on me severally. But I thank God that he did not allow me to injure myself heavily.
