Deep asleep but conscious. Pressed, can't move or speek...what is really happening.
Sleep Paralysis
Good day and thanks for visiting my blog. I am beginning to make it a habit to address the odd topics And this post is not an exception.
Today I will be describing a situation that happens deep in your sleep. While cruising in your dreams, and all of a sudden, you are at a point between being awake and still asleep and it feels like someone has just stepped into the room where you are sleeping. Upon recognizing this fact, you try to get up but you have lost control over hands and legs. you are hit by fear as a weight press down on you. You can't move so "You try to scream But terror takes the sound before you make it"...You are paralyzed"!
The whole ordeal could take one minute of less but feels like a real long time. But what was it that tempered with your perception of time? Was it an attack? Is there something that can be done?
The Local Interpretation
- Some African culture concludes that someone in the environment just attacked you.
- Others think that you have been molested by a witch or wizard who has his or her eyes on you.
- You need to protect yourself or change your current residence.
Sleep Paralysis

It often takes place when you are switching between sleep and awake which often coincides with 3 to 4 AM or any other time of the day when transiting from a deep sleep to wakefulness. A very little percentage of the population who day-dream have experienced it in their wake time.
Most Sleep Paralysis episode comes with one or a combination of the following types of hallucinations
