PROMOTING STEEMIT AT A HOSPITAL/TAKING THE FIRST DOSE OF COVID-19 VACCINATION/10% payout to Steemalive

Hello friends, a wonderful day to you all. I am good and I believe you are too.

I am giving my report on the steemalive roadshow which I did on Friday. This is done to support the call made by steemalive community for promotion and for steemit in general.

Preparation

The city coordinator did a post that our venue will be at Itunba Methodist Hospital. So I and @ngoenyi headed towards the venue, after getting our tools ready and with us. The rest of the steemians coming out for promotion are expected to meet us at the venue.

PROMOTION

When we got to the hospital, we have to observe all covid-19 protocols. We ensured we had our nose masks on and then stepped in.

While the the COVID section, we met a friend who came for the vaccination and even though he was about leaving, came back immediately he saw us. I and @ngoenyi explained steemit to him and he said he was going to chat us up for registeration and possible investment.

Personally, I am more concerned about investors in steemit. We need investors in the steemit business and the more investors we have the stronger the steemit ecosystem, steem token will have a measure of price stability and users will generally benefit from it.

I am also discussing with an existing investor to inject more money in steem. Which she agreed to. But she was too busy that she could not go to the bank for the deposit. Hopefully, on Monday, that will be tidied up.

We we also able to talk to some other persons who came for the vaccination and other health appointments.

One of the people we met, said that steemit is a scam because of sordid experiences he had with other platforms.

But we were able to persuade him to believe in it's reality after showing him some proofs from our own blogs.

I also also talked to some other persons within the premises and finally, one person signed up while the rest indicated interest in steemit.

COVID-19 Vaccination

Being at the hospital, I decided to take the first dose of the vaccination at once. There would not have been a better opportunity than that. I was even surprised at the response of so many at the hospital, who came for the vaccination.

Conclusion

It was really fun participating in the roadshow today. I must say thanks to all of us who were present and contributed to the success of today's roadshow.
