A SIZZLING STEEMIT PROMOTION CHAMPIONED BY STEEMALIVE BY@benton3/10% payout to steemalive
Hello my good friends. Hope we are all doing well. Today was another day for the much publicized steemalive Roadshow. It was really nice, outstandingly different and unique.
Why did I say so? Follow.me along as I relate all the happenings, re-live as they happened.
The Day Begins
We have already arranged where the roadshow will be taking place but those who can, were asked to come to the steemit office. My humble self. @goodybest and @benson6 convened at the office, before we took off to our promo venue. We also picked up our roll-up stand and some flyers too. Our unique t-shirt and face cap was enough promotion on our way to the venue.

We decided to pick a spot today where there will be much traffic. Just in the front of University of Uyo. The spot was really unique. It is a student location. And the semester lecture have just started. So there is much traffic there. It is a student area. By the time we finished setting up our stand, more promoters joined us.
Initially when we arrived, the ones passing by seemed indifferent, but soon they started flocking together around also and the business of the day started.
You can see the traffic there. It is a school zone.
They were thinking that it is one of those online businesses that comes and go, which they have lost so much money in.
But after explanation, they saw steemit as being different from their perception of it.
So many students came around and the promo team did their best to explain steemit all the way to them.
You can see our activities as the promotion was on.

There was even a security personnel at the school gate who was observing what we were doing. After certifying that we posed no risk to the students, he came up to be signed up as well.
Challenges
The major challenge we had today was communication network issues. So many students responded and wanted to be signed up, but due to poor network service, we could not do too much. We only succeeded on registering two persons successfully, while we made arrangements to follow up on the others that we could not finalize their sign up due to network issues.
After the standing and doing this for like 4hrs, we decided to have some refreshments. So we walked into a nearby fast food shop. We had some nice time there.
Conclusion
Today was really a massive success. We were so happy to see the response gotten from our activities today. Our presence at the campus gate opened up so many people eyes as to how steemit can help them as a social, educational and earning platform.
There are so much potentials in steemit at the campus gate. Thus, we will be exploring that area more to get the best result from there.

Today roadshow was fabulous, awesome and interesting but network was giving us tough time but God pass them.
