Introduction

Before the innovation of modern-day means of communication, our ancestors resolved to the traditional way of sending letters through a messenger or by the post office. Back then it usually took days, sometimes weeks to deliver the message and this leads to frustration on both ends. Through the critical thinking of the likes of Italian innovator Antonio Meucci who is well creating the first-ever known phone in 1849 and Frenchman Charles Bourseul in 1854, the first known phones were developed. Meanwhile, Alexander Graham Bell was the first person to win its patent rights to mobile phones production in 1876.

Evolution of Technological Ways of Communication

It all started when Alexander Graham Bell made the first call in the history of telecommunication. This call was made directly to his assistant Thomas Watson, 1876. As years rolled by more and more modifications of phones came into existence.

This also led to the creation of reputable mobile phone companies such as Apple, Samsung, Redmi, Oppo, etc. It did not just end in mobile phones - Tablets, Laptops, Ipads were also created to assist the mobile phones. People did not relent on the opportunity it presented to reach out to others. Here are some of the ways one can reach out or communicate.

  • Social Media

There are so many social media handles some of which rewards users for uploading content on them Nowadays, news or information shared on social media travels faster than the speed of lightning. A lot of individuals are always online, either uploading content, reading content, or viewing content. Although more than half of the contents shared are usually falsified and unreliable yet its reliability cannot be under-emphasized because is there also most vital life-saving information is also shared.

  • E-mail

Electronic Mail or Message is a way of communication through a digital network. It allows the sending and receiving of texts, images, and sounds to others. E-mail is usually sent from address to address and most organizations use it to send vital information to users. It is done electronically too through the use of systems and mobile phones.

  • Blogging

This comes in two ways either by text or making videos. Here people share personal information on their blogs to a large number of readers or viewers. They sometimes get advertise other companies' products which can serve as means of communication to local and international viewers.
