Greetings to you my city coordinator @talktofaith.

After hearing about steemit from my aunt @meymeyshop on March 2021 i decided to join.

I joined steemit April 2021.

Gradually i started building passion for steemit for some reasons:

• Steemit worth the stress of working hard.

• Steemit gives opportunity of making new friends, if not steemit i wont know so many people i know now and will know more in future.

• Steemit is not going to fade away because its all about cryptocurrency,and the whole world is becoming more digital.

• From experiences i saw that steemit have changed the financial status of many.

As they say nothing good comes easily.

I have been having challenges.

First on my achievement posts.

But am happy i have been able to write upto achievement 4 task, and by Gods grace i will finish the remaining 2.

second :

I have challenges in making a quality posts,which deprived my from getting votes and i was downhearted but my aunt kept encouraging me.

Timing:

For me to do well on steemit it requires much of my time,it was really challenging because of my house and work conditions,but my passion for steemit makes me stay late at night just to see how to improve on steemit.

Imagine me as steemit manager what will i implement.

Well been a manager of any organization requires time and efforts,sometimes adjustment is being made to help the organization grow.

If i have steem manager as a position i will implement the following:

I will work on various ways to promote steemit:

• building a steemit facilities like hospitals,pharmacies where steem SBD and steem coin will be used for payment.

• i will help in recruiting people who will bring growth to steemit.

• i will organize meet ups and make steem risk wacth,steem towels,steem sandals,all this will promote steem in the community.

• i will also invest more on steemit.

In conclusion i will do my best to be a good steem manager.
