INTRODUCTION
Sometimes life comes with different challenges that can be frustrating, and disheartening,it could be health challenges,financial and emotional challenges.
All this challenges needs to be overcomed, I will use some words to express how we can cope with such challenges that can limit ones lifespan.
Firstly I will like to analyze some health challenges that can frustrate someone if care is not taken.
1 Asthma

Asthma is one of the respiratory problem or illness that is so challenging, because it denies the victim of some beautiful things like the smell of a beautiful flowers, lovely perfumes and some beautiful environment, and it keeps the victim on drugs and they are solely dependent on inhalers always.
If care is not taking the person dies of at a younger age.
Honestly if you have charted with an asthmatic patient you will understand that such situation is so challenging.
2 DIABETES MELLITUS
This has to to with increase of sugar level in the body when the body is not able to produce insulin.
This is another challenging illness, that can be chronic, and that can frustrate a living soul.
Diabetes keeps a patient away from food you love, fruits you love, and gives you a daily routine of taking medications.
If care is not taking it takes ones life before time.
3 HYPERTENSION
This is a condition where the blood pressure is high, this condition can cause cardiac arrest,stroke and other heart disease, it can also take once life.
It also keeps one on a daily routine of medication intake.
It is so challenging too.
I briefly highlighted on the above health problems that are so challenging, there are still other health problems that are challenging.
But basically I am emphasizing much on how to cope with all these health and other challenges in life.
Below are some qualities that will help anyone facing health challenges or any other challenges to cope
1 PATIENCE/ENDURANCE
Patience is a virtue that every living soul needs to acquire to survive any challenge that comes their way or they met in life.
The quality of patience and endurance has helped those who acquire it to cope with life threatening challenges .
When you have patience and endurance you will be able to endure and see beyond the present circumstance no matter how difficult the situation is.
Sometimes health challenges,that make one take drugs everyday can make one lose hope.
But patience is a quality that will help you balance emotional feelings as to such circumstances.
2 PRAYERS
Every human has his or her own form of worship.
Prayer is another tip of coping with trying circumstances,when we pour our heart, our concerns and problems to our Heavenly Father, He will give us peace and strength to continue enduring any challenges we might be facing
“Face illness with your faith in God,” advised 58-year-old Robert, “and he will carry you through. Go to Jehovah in prayer. Let him know how you feel. Ask him for holy spirit. Ask him for strength to be strong for the family and to allow you to go through your illness with dignity.source
3 ALWAYS BE CAUTIOUS
Some people have been facing a particular health challenge for years and they are still happy and strong trying to live healthy, while some die after few years of the sickness may be because of lack of cautiousness.
No matter how tired we are about a particular problem, we need to be cautious, why? Because life is precious and sweet.
Being cautious involves:
- Seeking for medical attention at the right time.
- Taking our medication at the right time.
- Avoiding food or environments that might put our life at risk.
- Keeping to our limits in all we do.
e.g An asthmatic patient living the house without an inhaler what is he or she thinking!
A diabetic patient traveling without his or her glucometer(a machine used in checking sugar level)
A hypertensive patient going to a party were much noise are that can increase her heart pressure and affect her blood pressure, without her antihypertensive drugs with her.
All this qualities when applied, helps one to cope with any health challenge, and be happy once again.tho sometimes death takes over on the long run.
CONCLUSION
Health challenges are not easy sometimes to deal with, they might be so tiring because some situation get worse instead getting better. But in all, lets try our best to be prayerful, cautious, patience and endurance, we can be able to cope those difficult times.
