Titus fish is sold for 2500 per pack, I love Titus fish because it is very sweet and healthy and it contains much of Omega-3 which is essential for the body.

Prawn

This is a very expensive protein that is very essential for the body, it helps to nourish the body, I love shrimps especially on Okra soup.
Prawn is sold for #13500 per pack.

Crabs

Crabs are sold for #3550 per kg, and it is a very good protein for preparation of all kinds of recipe.

Fish fillet

Fish fillet is the flesh of a fish that is separated from the bone,and it's always tasty 😋 tho very expensive because it's a Chinese made food.

I always buy hypo bleach because it helps to whiten and remove stain from white clothes.

All the fruits and frozen foods and vegetables sold in spar market are fresh and new, unlike other shops where you see faded and dead fruits.

Spar market is a one time market whereby you get everything you need for your house, I often visit spar market whenever I have some cash to buy things in bulk, tho sometimes there goods are a bit expensive.
