Step 2= Investigation (know what is needed)

This is a very important aspect of small business, you should know what your environment really need.
Starting a small business, we need to start with what is obtainable, things we are very sure that our neighborhood buys on daily basis.
We don't need to stock up things that are not daily needs thereby caging our little capital.

For example , during the COVID-19 lockdown, all we needed was just food and water, there was no need for clothes and shoes or things

Step 3= Get the needed equipment.

Get everything that a shop needs, things like;

• Refrigerator or Freezer
• POS machine(point of sale)
• Do any valid registration.

And other thing needed to make a good start.

Step 4= Plan how to operate.

As a starter, you need to gain peoples confidence when it comes to punctuality, let them know that whenever they need something you are available.
If you still have a part-time job, make another provision for your new business.

Note once you lack punctuality growth and progress becomes a problem.
