PREAMBLE:

Just like on Christmas Eve which I published in this very Community about My Christmas Message/wishes to all Steemians, a post which i penned down Christmas wishes and the best way to celebrate it, I wish not to hesitate either on this day being the new year Eve. It's now a duty of me to do so, and I feels it's pretty cool.

About crossover night prayer

Cross-over night prayer , just as the name implies is a prayer that's is being carried out in the midnight, it starts few hours before the new year and ends in the new year.
Many christians participate in this night prayer, I also learned lately that some Muslim worshipers does also, its indeed a challenge worth taking part .

How you should participate in crossover night prayer

Many christians prefers joining their fellow members in the the church for this challenge, to some churches, this day is their great crusade day as they take it very seriously. However for the sake of new wave of COVID 19 and other hindrances, I think one may not be in the off balance if he/she decides to take part in their house since God is everywhere.

Everyone has their special way of praying to God this is one thing I'm much sure of and as per, I call on everyone reading me now to do accordingly. To some, their best way to pray I by firstly embarking on fasting, and to some they recipe the holy rosary just to mention a few.

I really don't know your intentions and prayer points you're willing to in this year's (2021-2022) crossover night prayer, but just for additional purpose i wish you first of all thank God for guilding and protecting you Since the beginning of 2021, it doesn't matter weather you once fall sick or encounter some tough times but being alive to witness this day is what matters that's why I want you to first of all thank him and behalf of your family, friends, colleagues and loved ones for Life.

I want you to now thank God for those who have lost their lives in the year and asked God to grant them eternal rest, thank God also for sparing the world this year too, for not destroying the world even though we sinned against him beyond limit.
Don't forget to thank him also for rhe life of the less privilege, the sick at home, hospital and different places and the physically challenged.

Use the first segment of your prayer for Thanksgiving, you can thank him for whatever you think is worth thanking him then proceed with your intentions for the new year.

Brothers and sisters on Steemit, the bible book of

Psalms 139:4 says:

"For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, o Lord, you know it altogether"

The lord knows what we want even before we opens our mouth so says the bible however, this does not mean we shouldn't pray but just imagine any time whatever we want from him and expect him to grant it to us, no.
We all are called to pray and commit all, I mean all our intentions for the new year.
Pray aloud and be serious about it, be energetic, make sure you feel the power of the holy spirit in the you with the sign that the lord has answered your prayers.

I'm certain most of us wished to achieve some dreams in this year that's about to end now, but many dreams unachieved that's shouldn't be an excuse though, pray this night the more and pray with much hopefulness.Iu
Prayers is the key as we christians sing always, so use prayer to open doorsu of blessings, abundant grace and.. you can mention the rest, in this coming new year.

Why you should participate in crossover night prayer

Precisely, why midnight prayer? If you may ask; well, this is where my quote comes:

"Most things are good at night, with better result during the day
~@barnabie"

It's better to pray in the night when everything is calmed and everywhere is quiet. It's believe that , God answers prayers during this time as quicker compare to during the day.

Midnight prayer breaks satanic bondages and Limitations, no matter how difficult and strong the yokes of the devil is over your life they can't resist the power of midnight prayer that's why the devil 😈 tries to do everything to prevent you from getting up to pray.
He delayed me for publishing this piece to you all since, I actually wanted to post this since but I've been feeling weak, feeble and I've got every reason to postponed it to this time 😭.

Most of yokes will carry are being programmed by the devil in the night that's why it's better to battle with them during this time .

Dear child of God reading me now, ( don't call me pastor yet😁, ain't an anointed one, only wishing) speak to the first day of the year, command it and it will hear you. Make all your intentions known to it, and finally ask through the name of Jesus Christ who was born 6 days ago to set us freeeeeeer.

  Depending on the time you come across this post assuming you failed to participate in this challenge before reading this post, I advise you go ahead an do so even tho not necessarily on the first day of January but throughout the month of January. Thanks🙏
