SteemAlive: The mission from a vision: ( the bridge and the ladder)

Everyone has dreams, aspirations aims and goals; but not everyone achieve them. To be sincere, most people don't get to achieve them.

I have read lots of posts from this community called #SteemAlive and I love what I have seen so far. The ideas that I have seen this community initiate and execute have been excellent and I am really happy to have joined this community. Kudus to @gbenga and everyone who is doing everything to make the community grow.

But there is something that has been eating me up and I believe it's an issue lots of people here have also been facing in this platform. Why is there a huge gap between the power House and the struggling on this platform?

We all started from somewhere and at a period in time we all got assistance from someone else higher than us or of the same level as us.

Although even in the real world the Rich are trampling on the poor, which is probably on of the reason why a lot of people are here to escape the harsh reality of the real world.

Although this community has to do with recruitment and awareness, don't you think one of the best inspiration of recruitment would be to encourage the new members, please what is the bridge or ladder this community would offer to it's struggling members? ( I.e how can this community help its new member grow?)

I believe if you encourage them the would put more effort in recruiting more members and they will also have a proof for the new members that the platform is not just about filling the space but filling the relevant space.

Please, this just a suggestion post and is not meant in a negative way.
