Today I am going to tell you about some of the famous foods of Pakistan and their recipes. I hope you will like these foods and you will enjoy it when you cook and eat these dishes.
When these famous Pakistani dishes are served to friends, they too will not be able to compliment you and your family.

Biryani and Palau

The debate over the difference between biryani and palao has not come to an end yet and today cook or palay biryani. The palao is usually cooked by putting meat, rice and other essentials together.
But in biryani, the rice is cooked separately and the meat or vegetable is cooked separately by adding spicy chillies, then layers of cooked rice are placed in a pot and in each layer it is cooked separately. Beef and vegetables are added. In addition, chili spices are used sparingly in biryani while their use is slightly reduced in palao.
However, both are given the status of traditional Pakistani food. Below is a recipe for delicious biryani and palao, so that even if you do not know how to cook, you can at least cook biryani or palao or both on this Eid and feed it to everyone.

Ingredients of Biryani Spices

1 tablespoon of coriander
Pepper 1 teaspoon
8 small cardamoms
Cumin 1 tablespoon
Quick address 2 digits
Nutmeg 1/2 nugget
Jawtri 1/2 teaspoon
5 star anise
Living 8 pieces
Lightly fry all these dried spices and grind them in a grinder.

Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg
3 pound of rice
If you want to add 1/2 kg of potatoes
Tomatoes 300 grams / 4 pieces
10 green chillies
Garlic 1 tbsp
4 onions
Mint 1 doll
2 lemons
Yogurt 300 grams
Aloo Bukhara 10 pieces
Crushed red pepper 2 tablespoons
A tablespoon of chopped red pepper
1 cup of ghee / oil
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Yellow color 1 teaspoon
Biryani Essences 1/2 teaspoon

Synthesis

Put ghee/oil in a pan and brown the onion. When the onion is brown, take out the onion.
Now add chicken and fry it then add potatoes and a little yellow color and fry for two minutes and add dry crushed spices in it add crushed red pepper salt turmeric garlic and aloe vera and add yoghurt and mix well. Add 2 tomatoes and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add half a brown onion and mix. Remove from the heat.
Now boil water in a separate pan, add salt and rice and cook till one kani is left in the rice, then drain the water.
Now put a layer of spices in a thin layer, cut it into rounds, add tomatoes, add mint, green chillies, cover with rice and top with fried onion, chopped lemons, add yellow color and biryani essence and put on top of rice.
Now add 3 tablespoons of ghee in half a cup of water and mix well. It will become a thick mixture.
Put the stove on high heat for ten minutes then simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Note: Cover the thin lid with foil while steaming the biryani.


Chicken frying pan/ Chiken Karahi

If we talk about Pakistani desi food list and chicken frying pan, it is not possible because at that time chicken frying pan is undoubtedly number one among the most popular food in Pakistan at this time. Is available at

It would not be out of place to say that chicken frying pan is our most popular dish. That's why today we are going to show you the best way to prepare this delicious dish

Ingredients

One kilogram of chicken

2 tablespoons dried coriander

Cumin 2 tbsp

6 peppercorns

6 red peppers

Ginger 12 inches

15 garlic cloves

Ghee 2 tbsp

2 tablespoons oil

One onion

4 tomatoes

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons chopped coriander

Synthesis

Roast and grind cumin, dried coriander and black pepper, make red pepper, ginger and garlic into paste, now fry onion in ghee and add half amount of crushed spices and add tomato and salt. Fry a little more. Now add chicken and cook, add remaining amount of crushed spices and chopped coriander. Then add half a cup of water and cook till the meat is melted. When ready, serve hot.
