INTRODUCTION.

Good evening everyone in this community.
How is your day going on? I hope we all are enjoying the Sunday vibes, as everywhere is vibrating with various kinds of music and entertainment. This days eh, entertainment is virtually everywhere!
Writing diary is an interesting part of steemalive activities which many of us have made a daily activity. I personally long to be sharing diary with you all steemians but most times I fail to take pictures to compliment my write up. I do read others diary because I love gossip.

Today I will like to share my activity for yesterday being Saturday with you dear friends, in the form of diary. It was a marriage ceremony!
Marriage is one of the important things that happen in one's life. Many single ones like me eagerly look forward to it while married ones smiles, whenever they remember their marriage day! It's usually a happy day for the celebrants as well as their family members. Yesterday's wedding ceremony was not an exception of such happiness.
As you may know, there are many activities that goes behind the scene for a successful marriage ceremony. Cooking and packaging of foods, dressing of the bridegroom, getting the event center/venue ready for guests, just to mention only but few.

Let me briefly talk about some of the behind the scene activities for a successful marriage.

• Cooking: Food is an integral part of every occasion. The food that is served on any occasion doesn't come about by chance but requires advance planning and preparation. The celebrants along with their families and friends must have done the planning but my focus now is preparation. Some people gives these aspect of the occasion to caterer to reduce stress while others may not afford to pay for such service. The one I went yesterday was prepared by willing volunteers.
  

• Packaging: This is another tedious work in preparing for a successful ceremony. This entails getting the already cooked food inside the take-away foil especially when you want to reduce the stress of dishing the food during "item 7". This too was done by willing volunteers as well.
  

• Decoration: This aspect of preparation is usually done by expect or experienced person. Most times, it is often contracted to the owner of the wedding gown and the cake maker. This required calculative work to give a good design that add to beautify the ceremony.
  

• Dressing: Getting the bride ready for the days is another aspect that gives me heart palpitation. After much time is spent on filling, coating, smoothing and sealing of the face, unexpected splash of water, tears or heat can keep you back again for another couple of hours. But thank God that yesterday's own was done once.
  

CONCLUSION

Honestly speaking, I cannot really put everything that happened behind the scene into writing but those who are married can testify that alot of planning, co-operation and execution are essential for a successful ceremony of any kind.
My friend signed out from singleness and happily went home with his "Desire."
To all the single ones like me, marriage is good between two friends of the opposite sex who are willing to accommodate, forgive, share everything etc as a result of LOVE for each other.
