Welcome to my entry for the contest "What changes would you love to bring to steemit" organized by @samuel20 for @steemalive community. Hope you all are doing great? First i want to cease this opportunity to thank @samuel20 for this contest. Contest are another way to earn in steemit. I also want to appreciate @steemalive for the supports given to us to participate in contest like this. Please read through as i share with you changes i will make if i was the CEO of steemit.
Is good to be a boss of your own, you make the rules and let things go the way you think is best for it. In terms of steemit you vote who ever pleases you to vote or support. Below are 5 changes i will love to bring to steemit if i was the CEO of steemit.
If i was the CEO of steemit, i will make sure every community account has upto atleast 1million steem power. That way every member of that community will be getting a vote of at least $40 from the community account. It will also help the members to grow their steem power and still earn enough to support their daily life.
How To Achieve That: as the CEO i can make that happen by giving a good votes to the community accounts until it gets to 1million steem power.
If i was the CEO of steemit, i will make sure everyone who recruits a new member gets a 100% vote from me because it helps to promot steemit and will make members have the courage to put more efforts into bringing new members.
How To Achieve That: i will simply achieve that by creating a platform where i will be notified of anyone who recruits new member, from there i can then check and give supports or votes to that person.
If i was the CEO of steemit, i will create a room for people to like my post just as there is a space for comment and then the number of likes will also determine the value of votes pr supports you will get from me or others.
How To Achieve That: i will achieve that by re-programming the steemit website and then creating the room for a like button.
If am the CEO of Steemit, i will set a competition every month for the community with the highest number of members, and give supports to the 1st - 3rd position. It will also help increase the number of steemians in every cimmunity.
How To Achieve That: i will simply annouce the competition and then wait for the winners every month to give them my support.
Steemit Debit Card: have you ever imagined steemit having a Debit card? Just like the bank debit cards where your account is connected to your card and what ever amount of money you have in your account is what you can withdraw. If i am the CEO of steemit, i will have produce a Steemit Debit card and link it each wallet. So what ever amount of steem you have is what you can cashout.
To achieve this, i will negociate with banks to create a space for withdrawal of cryptocurrencies to physical cash. Is just to meet a good computer programmer to write a program in that form and link it with bank ATM. That way if you slot your steemit Debit card into an ATM machine, on the machine, your asked to choose between to withdraw cryptocurrency or physical cash. . now when you choose cryptocurrencies, the bank will now display how much they will buy each currency you want to sell. Interesting right?
