Greetings Fellow Steemians

How are you all today?
Welcome to my blog. It was a cool day for me and i thank God for the gift of life and granting me journey mercy to my home town. I also want to appreciate @steemalive for the previllage given to us to express how our day was spent. Please friends, stay with me as i take you through how i spent my day from 6:00am in the morning till the end of the day.

MORNING

I woke up by 6:00am, did my morning worship. After which i had to gather some closes i will travel with and then arrange them in my travelling bag. When i was done, i took my bath and started heading to port harcourt okrika, my homd town.

I got to the motor park by 10:00am and had to wait for more passengers to come before we started moving. By 11:00am we started moving; on getting to Eleme junction port harcourt, there was no movement of vehicles, just three circles. I had to join one to get to my destination. But on our way going i realized there is a protest going on in portharcourt by the youths because of the bad roads and how fedral government has refused doing anything about it.

The whole road was blocked because of the protest, what surprieses me most is that the state governor is in support of the on going protest and so asked the youths to block the roads until fedral government agrees to construct the roads. Well i thank God there was a way for me to pass through. I finally got to my destination by 1:45pm.

AFTERNOON

When i got to my home town, i went straigth to my mums place to eat because i was very hungry. Unfortunatly she hasnt cooked so i had to go and buy roasted yam and plantain (bolle) to eat.

On getting there, i was shocked at the high price at which i bought the bolle. #1500 which is for 5steem. Well is one of my favorites so i had to buy it like that and go back home. After eating i rested awhile and then started cleaning my room because it was dusty and looking dirty. It took me an hour to finish cleaning up the room. Then i went to cut my hair, after which i took my bath and rested awhile again.

EVENING

By 5:00pm i went to the church for choir reheasal, in preparation for the coming ordination service which will take place on the 1st of August, 2021. For the past one month we had been on this reheasal just to be perfect on our presentation. Like they said, practise makes perfection. Though it was not an easy one today but thank God we were able to pull through. We closed the reheasal by 8:00pm and then i got home by 8:40pm, took my bath and then ate dinner. After which i started watching a program on TV till 10:30pm i had to start writting my diary.
