SEC S/19w3||Educational management||
Greetings and blessings to all my friends
Assalam o alaikum everyone I hope you are well,the third course given us by our brilliant teachers on the topic about Educational management ,I read all lecture very keenly and got knowledgeable and informative provided about necessary objectives that complessry for good educational management systems.I am happy to share my third home assignment and will try to complete remaining 3 course successfully by the team .
Before starting I would like to my friends
@goodybest, @naka05, @sur-riti ,@jyoti-the light,@deepk94 to participate in the course # 3 and share your perception towards the educational management system and right solution as you thought related to the theme .
Well first of all I want to clear that I learn the lesson and understood that all basic information about Educational management from course #3 lecture given by teacher very keenly then made my home assignment.I got the points which were helpful that's planning, organizing,directing and controlling school activities/educational institute within resources available by means of human and also by materials with in administration and management of any educational system.If the administration of school having good planning and develop organization with efficient staff the success never far from that educational institution.
Friends the case I share here experienced by me at San Jose grammar school Karachi that was the school of my kids studied since last 4 years but not in this year ,I changed the school of my both sons , before I share the bed administration , the un experiences teacher and staff management system occured in school only knew the parents and students of the school .
A well reputed school of my kids in which students admission not easily in school but the behind the truth was that bed educational management , internally faced only by the students and parents .Lack of attention on students,no planning and directing on staff ,bad disciplane ,no physical activities and frequently teachers changed for that reason higher un qualified teachers,not proper syllables maintain and test system by the school management in lack of communication between parents and administration of school staff all if that issues made me worried about my kids studies so I changed the school because bad administration of school management effected on the studies on my kids .
Friends I'm from Pakistan in my country two types of educational management system occured government and private school,both had different managerial problems.
In government schools finance issues face by the school management as well ,infact Pakistan having low literacy rate about 20% poor conventional educational systems,no check and balance on staff and teachers , government funding the government school but educational deferment also having cruption so the basic fiance for running school In good way they had not funds but on the other side the private school had not funds or financial issues because they changed big Amount in term of monthly fees from parents but I standered of education not at all as they charged me they run school like business,never care about how the management bearers in only interested how to generate income more and more that's it .
The disciples is the key of successful educational management structure but unfortunately the punctuality of time mostly never seen from staff and teachers ,I am not point out to all teachers but theses practice by teachers like , always come school and class late
Teaching materials and school furniture also included school management make sure to provide all teaching aids that helpful in teaching like white board, marker,chats , computer and other technology gagets that's essential during lesson the balance between expanse of school and income/finance with comprehensive planning.
Need modern technology and modern science subjects in school for the best progress of students and school but unfortunately reraly happened in my country,s school.
Well the multiple caused influence on educational management functions that I learned in lecture #3 directly effected given below.
Comprehensive planning
For educational management structure we need first the comprehensive planning structure that determine future planning for school /educational institute and set goals and work for achieving all these by comprehensive planning.
Organizational Structure
When you set your basic planning strategy now the second most important element is to develop organization and divide different activities and responsibilities according to the task given by the management of school and trying to make going d communication and work relationship.
Inefficient directing
Well the principal or head of the administration guide the staff and teachers to motivate and keep eye on there working if the directing team not efficiently do there job the bad leadership never made good team.
Lake of implaimentation
The good planning and efficient directing never gave results if the educational management system never implemented by the school staff all strategies never work so the lake of efficient implantation causes failure and not achieve goals for organization so made good planning and applicable good policies for school.
Bed monitoring and controlling
At any educational management bed controlling and lack of communication between working and planning and monitoring the plans for betterment of school.
well the solution of these problems already we got by the lecture,we have to provide good servicese to students as best possible ways frim effective planning,good monitoring and directing the staff and teachers and myst implants all good steps that make for comprehensive future planning to get target and achieve goals by right decision at right.
Schools with good educational management will provide good educational services for all students. In the long run, it will be able to affect the growth rate of an area.
Infact the educational management system based on team work if you had good planning and administrative works you will get very soon your targets.
So guys it's time to leave I am trying to answer all given question that asking in lecture 3 in home assignment.and thankful to teachers team to provide a platform to learn more about education.

Interesante tu participación ya que la misma la observaste y experimentaste como representante, que es una parte de la tríada educativa,
ciertamente creo que en su mayoría la educación en los países se encuentra pública y privada Lamentablemente muchas veces las instituciones públicas tienen muchas carencias, Por ende mucha problemática en su gestión;
mientrad en los privados ocurre como el caso que nos presentas están pendientes solo de los intereses financieros, de lucrarse monetariamente y no están atentos a la función del personal docente y la atención brindada a los más importantes los estudiantes,
buenas sugerencias para solucionar problemáticas,

postingan yang sangat sempurna, anda mampu menjelaskan ponit-point dengan sangat detail, keputusan anda memindahkan sekolah anak anda adalah keputusan yang sangat tepat menurut ku. disaat guru tidak disiplin, peralatan yang tidak memedai, tidak adanya komunikasi yang baik antara pihak sekolah dengan wali siswa.

First of all I think this is not best for education some are in Govt school and some are in private and there is a difference between. I say the education is same for everywhere so that the children not hesitate to learn more. You strategies really work. I wish you more success.
