As a teacher, what do you think your understanding with the student should be? |

In my opinion, a teacher and a student should sometimes have a relationship like a friend. Because if we are always afraid of the teacher, then we will only be able to learn from reading books from that teacher. Besides, there is a lot of education from the teacher without books. I think that for education, we should have a relationship like a friend at times.
If we can't ask questions to the teacher with a free mind then we will memorize it like a parrot which after some time we will forget, but if we have a free mind it will be easy for me to ask questions to him and everything will be easy to understand. However, with time, we need to become a tough teacher again. In this way, everything will be under control.
As a teacher, do you differentiate between good and bad students, or do you give equal importance to both? |

No, I don't differentiate equally. I will differentiate between good and bad. If I don't differentiate, I won't be able to judge the good and bad of the students. Generally, I think I will pay more attention to bad students than good students. I will be more careful about them.
Good students will understand as soon as they are told, but bad students will have to be explained again and again and they will see the light path. And that's why I will differentiate between good and bad students. And if I don't differentiate, bad students will just waste time and not find the light path. This will be insulting to a teacher.
How is your relationship with your students, has it ever happened that you failed to convince your students, if so? |

My relationship with my students will vary over time. Education is up to you. However, everyone has different levels of knowledge and intelligence. Yes, I have had many cases where I have failed after trying many times. But there can be many reasons for this. The first reason is that he does not pay attention to what I say, the second reason is that I cannot understand him well or he cannot understand me. In the first case, this happens more to children.
And in the second case, I will say that it is very difficult to understand. If a student does not understand, he has to be made to understand with various arguments or explanations. However, the simpler this explanation is, the faster the student will be able to understand.
If a student makes a mistake, how do you solve it as a teacher? |

If a student makes a mistake, then he must first understand that subject again. Students learn by making mistakes. We also learned by making mistakes when we were young. However, if that mistake happens again and again, then strict action must be taken. Because then it must be understood that his mind was elsewhere while explaining.
Many such students have done well in everything but the mains have become messy in some places. In that case, he must be encouraged more and given more support by saying that he should study more carefully. Support is the first step to success in everything.
Weak students must be taken care of more and they must be understood in any way.

@memamun আপনাকেও অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ। আমার স্বল্প জ্ঞানের থেকে প্রতিযোগিতায় কিছু কথা শেয়ার করেছি। তবে এটি অনেক আনন্দের যে, আমার দেওয়া বাক্য গুলা আমার পছন্দ হয়েছে।
নতুন কমিউনিটিতে অংশ গ্রহন করে আনন্দিত এবং সেই কমিউনিটির পক্ষ থেকে আমাকে ধন্যবাদ জানিয়ে আরো বেশি আমাকে মনমুগ্ধ করেছে।
