Introduction pick up concepts quickly while others need more time. This creates a challenge for teachers trying to keep everyone on track. Another challenge is keeping students motivated and focused as many can easily become distracted especially with technology around. Teachers may also face issues with students who lack interest in the subject or who struggle with personal problems outside school which affects their focus.

Classroom behavior is another obstacle. Some students may have trouble following rules disrupting the learning process for others. Teachers need to manage behavior issues carefully so the classroom remains a productive space. These challenges can make it hard to ensure each student gets the attention and support they need. This is where learning contracts can help as they create clear expectations and guidelines reducing confusion and improving behavior.
