1). You do this first task very well, how do you highlight the meaning of seminars and trainings. You also give your opinion about the differences between the two, both in terms of topics, participants, and goals. However, a little note for you, that the seminar also presents speakers who are experts in certain fields.

2). In the second task, when you told us about the topics of the seminars and training you participated in, this was clearly what we expected. Coaching and strengthening is a seminar, while training involves skills in the form of designing, training. Good job.
A little reinforcement, it would be great if you provided information on the date of the activity, although we can see clearly from the event banner. This is only optional.

3). Two good drafts, although there are less well-organized price drops, hopefully more thorough later.

4). Seminars and training that seem appropriate to your profession as a teacher, hopefully one day you can participate in both activities.

Improvements/Advice : Overall, you have understood the task of the week well, and certainly with a pretty good participation post. There are very few drawbacks when it comes to Markdown, but I'm sure you will continue to learn it well. Good luck.
