Today - If I sleep

If I sleep on my stomach, my cheek gets inflamed. Am I the only one with this issue?
"Don't sleep on your stomach", says mum as she studies my face.
It's not that easy. I love to sleep this way and it's warmer. My bedding is clean, I wash myself. Is it an allergy, the pressure on my head or bad DNA?

I always slept on my belly even as a baby.
