What I used for the (gluten free) cookies is: 1 overripe banana, 1 cup of oat flakes, 50 grams of dark chocolate (there's some peanut in it.

These cookies do not change and stay soft so flatten them a bit.

Oven: 180 degrees celsius, 20 minutes.
My oven is without thermostat and only has heat at the bottom. I use an oven thermometer to figure out the temp which is rarely the same (easily drops).
