Yes, the exercises help a lot.
The other thing that happens is that just as it came and went it can also come back because there is no cure after the paroxysmal vertigo appears.
The good thing is that when it comes back I will be prepared to fight it in the same way.
I hope you feel it before it gets worse so you can fight it in time. I read 50% of the people suffer from it which is a lot.
