Healthy - today in 300 characters

Each day I start with emptying my lungs which means breathing out through a small opening in my mouth. This way I breathe out 4 times more. I planted 6 cucumber seeds I found and Tiny Tim tomatoes are sprouting. I bought some potatoes to plant. I read it all can grow in buckets or even plastic bags.

Also an interesting project although I don't know if I would use it. Like the fact the tomato plant grows upon the tree.
