About gardening - 300 characters

I'm tired. Another day of gardening. I repotted lettuce stalk, pieces of carrot both kitchen scraps in an old rain gutter and sowed some lettuce next to it, 1st time outside. Inside I sowed onion, just like the spring onion the seeds are expired. The package says: season 2014-2015. Will they hatch?
