Billions of dollars and euros are given to African countries for over 100 years. Sad indeed is nothing changes. There is and are investments in education for women and children. People give, collect but once in Africa it's piled up and not transported. The Africans running to Europe are all young men with expensive smartphones and no idea what life costs, the high taxes or what hard work and saving means.
If it comes to guns, weapons...they will always be sold and the only way out is to forbid them, make runaways work and for that you need a new president.
