I Wait For You

It is another summer season. She went to that same place. She was used to stand on that wooden bridge above the sea waters. On 10th of every month in the summer, she repeats the same thing. Wearing her white shirt that goes well with the full-length white skirt. Feeling the sun heat on her skin. Looking at the sea in front of her, where the sunlight hit all those small waves, making them shine like a piece of jewelry. She sees the trees standing at the end of her small town, where the water meets shores. Holding in her hand the last message she wrote but, never sent. She did not hear from her son until now. She does not know his address. But, she held on this incomplete letter that says "I wait for you".

There, in front of the waters, she recollects her memories. She remembers the time when he was learning to walk and falling down. Every silly moment when he was growing up. She remembers so much details. But, words were failing to express her feelings in the letter. She just thought that one day, he will be back. He must have a reason for absence. Most importantly, he will give her life a meaning, which has left when he was gone.
