Hello. Contact lenses are only for distance if you are of the presbiopic age. Youll really need reading glasses. Adviced reading distance is 14inches or 35cm to get the correct grade for reading glasses. If you move the reading material farther or nearer than 14inches you need to change glasses.
I know they are (in my case) for distance only. I boughtmultifocal but can't read with them either.
I tried the 30 cm distance but it's too far away for me. I can't hold a book this way.
I think I'll buy some cheap readers. The once I bought were expensive and look cheap too. Totally waste of money.
Btw: they told me to hold my phone the way I use it to check my eyes. Glasses been changed twice and still useless. ☹
That sucks. Wrong grade of lens in that case. I agree with you that it was a waste.
