To me C stands for COMMUNITY.
A community is a social unit with commonality such as norms, religion, values,custom. Communities may share a sense of place situated in a given geographical for a example village,town, country or in a virtual space through communication platforms.
Some of the characteristics of a community are;
_A group of people
_A definite locality
_community sentiment
_Naturality
_permenance
_similarity
_wide ends
_total organized social life.
