You're right, personal hygiene, that's the key, I think that spending more money for a good product is better than buying a not so good one several times. I use a good toothpaste that's a bit more expensive, but it's worth it.
Toothpaste with fluoride turns out to be bad for the teeth. Yours has. If yiur teeth remain good you will know in 50-60 years.
