Contest: C stands for 4:31 - Commendation

Hi to everyone in the community, I'm glad to be here again for this Contest: C stands for hosted by @team-ccc. You can join the contest through this link.

In this particular Contest my C stands for "Commendation" which involves appreciating people for their good deeds.

Sincere commendation encourages the people involved and makes them happy and even motivated to do more.

A child who is commended of his good deeds is often very happy and sees the need to put more effort in doing more.

Even adults are motivated by sincere commendation to do more and even make it better.

On the contrary a person who feels that he is not appreciated is always very unhappy and may even feel his effort is useless and as a result get withdrawn from doing good to others!

Giving commendation can strengthen the bond between spouses and can also unite family members and make them feel loved and appreciated.

Employees who feel appreciated because of being commended are often motivated to put in more effort in rendering wholehearted services to their employers.

There is no doubt that commendation often motivates and makes anyone involved feel happy and have the desire to improve.

Don't forget that commendation is very beneficial for all who receive it. That is why it is always necessary to commend people around us.

You don't really need to say a lot to prove that you are giving commendation. A simple expression like "well done", "thank you", "I appreciate you" can go a long way in giving the needed commendation.

So Please endeavor to look around you today and sincerely commend others for their good deeds as this will affect them positively.
